Weather Conditions
Our activities are normally carried out in various weather conditions. Weather alone is not a valid reason for free cancellation by the customer, group, agency, or tour operator.
However, NORDSPOR reserves the right to change, adjust, or cancel tours and programs at short notice if weather, road, or safety conditions make it unsafe to carry out the activity.
This applies in particular to extreme weather conditions, dangerous road conditions, activities on or near water, icy surfaces, strong winds, or other circumstances that may pose a risk to guests, guides, or staff.
If NORDSPOR cancels an activity for safety reasons, all paid amounts will be refunded in full.
Changes or Cancellation by NORDSPOR
NORDSPOR reserves the right to change, adjust, or cancel programs, routes, or schedules due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of cancellation by NORDSPOR, all paid amounts will be refunded in full. No further compensation, claims, or coverage of consequential costs can be made.
Northern Lights and Natural Phenomena
Northern Lights sightings, wildlife observations, and other natural phenomena cannot be guaranteed.
Such experiences depend on weather, visibility, season, solar activity, and other natural conditions. The absence of Northern Lights, wildlife, or other nature experiences is not a valid reason for refund.
Safety and Participant Responsibility
Participation is at the guest’s own responsibility. Each participant is responsible for ensuring that they are physically, mentally, and medically fit to take part in the activity.
All participants must follow the instructions given by guides and staff at all times.
NORDSPOR is not responsible for injuries, loss, or accidents resulting from failure to follow instructions.
This includes, but is not limited to:
walking on slippery, icy, or uneven surfaces
leaving marked or instructed areas or routes
failure to follow safety instructions
handling natural materials
eating or tasting wild plants, berries, mushrooms, or other natural finds without explicit permission from the guide
NORDSPOR reserves the right to refuse or terminate participation if a guest behaves irresponsibly, fails to follow instructions, or poses a safety risk to themselves or others. In such cases, no refund will be given.
Travel Insurance
All participants must have valid travel insurance. We also recommend valid cancellation insurance.
