Touristguide

Do you love being outdoors, meeting people, and telling fascinating stories? Then you might be just who we're looking for!

Nordspor is a guiding company offering tours throughout Lofoten and Vesterålen.

Depending on the assignment, we are looking for experienced guides who can plan and lead tours independently.
At the same time, we also have many formats where storytelling talent is key – people who bring places and histories to life with energy and authenticity.

Basic knowledge about Norway – especially our region – is important. Everything else can be learned with us!

What we offer
Internal training in local knowledge and guiding techniques
Scripts and materials for many of our tours
Industry-standard pay
A unique workplace in one of the most stunning landscapes in Norway
Flexible working models – as an employee or freelancer
This job is also perfect as a side job, for example for retirees who love nature, culture, and meaningful encounters.

Interested?
We look forward to a personal conversation with you!
