NORDSPOR Experience Center

Arthur Brygga is the first large building that welcomes you when arriving in Nyksund – beautifully located by the waterfront and open all year round. Here, we run a small and cosy café as well as an information center for guests and partners.

Some of our experiences begin or end here – with an introduction, an inspiring conversation, or a calm and thoughtful wrap-up after a tour. Arthur Brygga offers both atmosphere and orientation, making it a natural meeting place for visitors and locals alike.

But the Nordspor Experience Center at Arthur Brygga is much more than just a starting point – it is a lively cultural and experience center, a place for curiosity, learning, and discovery. Across two floors, we offer insight into the fascinating world of Northern Norwegian nature, with a focus on landscapes, wildlife, and the small details that often go unnoticed. Through interactive installations, interpretation, and smaller exhibitions, we invite visitors to see nature with new eyes.

Our current exhibition explores the Northern Lights and conveys both knowledge and atmosphere surrounding this unique Arctic phenomenon.

Arthur Brygga also includes its own cinema room, where we present short films and visual presentations related to nature, sustainability, and life in the North. This adds another dimension to the experience and creates space for reflection, learning, and deeper understanding.

On the second floor, you will also find a small and inviting meeting room, designed in a warm and rustic style that reflects the unique atmosphere of Nyksund. It provides an ideal setting for smaller gatherings, meetings, courses, or creative sessions in peaceful surroundings.

For companies, partners, and smaller groups, we offer the possibility to use these facilities for meetings, workshops, or team-building in an inspiring and unusual setting – also in combination with our activities and experiences.

Arthur Brygga also hosts a changing gallery with works by local artists – from paintings and photography to handmade products. In addition, we offer local products and selected goods for sale, allowing visitors to bring home something authentic and closely connected to the place. In this way, the center also becomes a space for creativity, local value creation, and regional identity.
